Wednesdays

Wednesday means gathering with fellow believers for a time of fellowship and prayer.  Prayer is the primary reason for the gathering.  However, it seems to me that the traditional Prayer Meeting has been forsaken.  We do different activities and prayer is tacked on as mostly a benediction.  The most important activity of any church is stopping, getting still, lifting up our request and then listening for His voice.  Prayer is the power of the church.
